MMJUA advises of a Professional Liability rate change effective 03/15/2020

AGENT ADVISORY NOTICE

January 14, 2020

This Advisory is to notify you and your policyholders that the MMJUARI will be increasing its Professional Liability rates as follows:

• 10% for all physician, dentist, healthcare professional, and facility policies. This rate increase applies to both claims made and occurrence policies.


Please note, this rate increase will affect all new and renewal policies effective March 15, 2020.

The rates have been filed and approved by the Department of Business Regulation.
