This Advisory is to notify you and our policyholders that the MMJUA RI will be increasing its Professional Liability rates as follows:

• 10% increase for all occurrence physician, dentist, healthcare professional rates
• 15% increase for all claims-made physician, dentist, healthcare professional rates
• 24% increase for all facility rates.


Please note, this rate increase applies to all new and renewal policies effective on March 15, 2023, and beyond.

The rates have been filed and approved by the RI Department of Business Regulation.
